Saylorsburg family stunned by racist graffiti

SAYLORSBURG - Sherene Binns usually doesn't set her home alarm during the day, but after racial graffiti was sprayed on her driveway Sunday night, the 12-year-old girl is afraid of "what they will do next" and has stayed indoors making sure the alarm remains on.

Binns, an African-American, lives with her mother Jeannette Mitchell and sister Shawniqua Wiggins, 17, who both are appalled by the hate crime.

Late Sunday "PA HATES N-----Z" was sprayed painted in blue near the edge of their property's driveway on Pheasant Road.
